子宫内膜腺癌趋化因子Fractalkine的阳性表达及临床意义

目的:检测正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜腺癌组织中Fkn蛋白的表达情况,探讨子宫内膜组织内炎性因子Fkn的表达差异及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化PV法分别检测60例正常子宫内膜、63例子宫内膜癌组织中Fkn蛋白的表达情况。结果:正常分泌期子宫内膜Fkn阳性表达和过阳性表达均高于增生期内膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);子宫内膜腺癌G1组Fkn阳性表达与G2+G3组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);子宫内膜腺癌组织Fkn阳性表达和过阳性表达均比正常子宫内膜减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Fractalkine(Fkn)参与选择性白细胞的趋化、迁徙、归巢,其在子宫内膜炎症的发生、抗肿瘤免疫反应中起重要作用,可能是子宫内膜恶性转化的一个相关因素。

Positive expression and clinical significance of endometrial adenocarcinoma chemokine-Fractalkine

Objective:To detect the expression levels of Fractalkine protein in normal endometrium and endometrial adenocarcinoma,explore the difference of Fractalkine expression in endometrial tissue and the clinical significance.Methods:Immunohistochemical PV method was used to detect the expression levels of Fractalkine protein in 60 cases with normal endometrium and 63 cases with endometrial adenocarcinoma.Results:The positive expression rate and excessive positive expression rate of Fractalkine protein in normal endometrium at secretory phase were significantly higher than those at proliferative phase(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of Fractalkine protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma between G1 group and G2+G3 group(P>0.05).The positive expression rate and excessive positive expression rate of Fractalkine protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma were significantly lower than those in normal endometrium(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fractalkine protein participates in the chemotaxis,metaptosis,and homing of selective leukocytes,which plays an important role in the occurrence of endometrial inflammation and anti-tumor immune response,and Fractalkine protein may be a related factor of malignant transformation of endometrium.
