AQP1和AQP5在原发性输卵管癌中的表达及临床意义

目的:探讨水通道蛋白AQP1和AQP5在原发性输卵管癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测37例原发性输卵管癌、15例正常输卵管组织AQP1和AQP5的表达。结果:AQP1主要表达在原发性输卵管癌癌巢周围间质毛细血管和微血管的内皮细胞上,AQP5表达于癌细胞质内及输卵管上皮细胞质。AQP1和AQP5在原发性输卵管癌中呈高表达,与正常输卵管AQP1和AQP5比较有统计学差异(P<0.001),Ⅲ,Ⅳ期输卵管癌AQP1的表达明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期(P<0.01),但在组织学分级及淋巴转移间无统计学差异。AQP5的表达在不同组织学分级、临床分期及淋巴转移间无统计学差异。结论:AQP1和AQP5的高表达可能与原发性输卵管癌的发生、发展有密切关系。

Expression and clinical significance of AQP1 and AQP5 in primary carcinoma of fallopian tube

Objective:To investigate the expression of aquaporin-1(AQP1) and aquaporin-5(AQP5) in primary carcinoma of fallopian tube and its clinical significance.Methods:The expression of AQP1 and AQP5 were measured by immunostaining in 37 cases of primary carcinoma of fallopian tube,15 cases of normal fallopian tube.Results:AQP1 was mainly expressed in the capillary and microvessel endothelial cells of tumor stroma.AQP5 was expressed in intracytoplasma of tumors cells and fallopian tube epithelial cells.The expressions of AQP1 and AQP5 were significantly higher in primary carcinoma of fallopian tube comparing with the group of normal fallopian tube(P<0.001).The expression of AQP1 was higher in the advanced stage(FIGO stage III-IV) than that in the early stage(stage I-II)(P<0.01),however,there were no significant difference in the cases with and without lymph node metastasis.The expression of AQP5 had no significant difference in FIGO stage,histology grading,and with or without lymph node metastasis.Conclusion:There may be a close relationship between high expression of AQP1 and AQP5 and progress of primary carcinoma of fallopian tube.
