| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃黏膜不典型增生患者血清胃泌素(GAS)及生长激素(GH)的检测及意义。方法收集胃黏膜不典型增生患者共90例,其中轻度不典型增生35例,中度不典型增生35例,重度不典型增生20例。测定均应用放射免疫法检测患者血清GAS及GH浓度。结果 GH及GAS在胃黏膜不典型增生患者血清中浓度升高,且随不典型增生的发展升高明显(P<0.05),在胃黏膜不典型增生患者的表达具有相关性(r=0.515)。结论联合检测GH及GAS对胃黏膜不典型增生发展预测及治疗指导有意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role of serum gastrin(GAS) and growth hormone(GH) in the patients with gastric mucosal dysplasis. Methods To collect 90 cases with gastric mucosal dysplasis including 35 cases of mild dysplasia,35 cases of moderate dysplasia and 20 cases of severe dysplasia.GAS and GH were detected by radioimmunoassy. Results GH and GAS in the gastric mucosal dysplasia with serum concentrations increased,and increased significantly with the development of dysplasia(P<0.05).There was positive correlation between the expression of serum GH and GAS in gastric membrane(r=0.515). Conclusion There is a guided significance for joint detection of GH and GAS meaningful forecasts and treatment of gastric mucosal dysplasia development. |
