妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者对妊娠与分娩结局的影响

目的:观察妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者对妊娠与分娩的影响。方法:将该院2008年1月～2011年3月收治的70例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者作为观察组,同期分娩但并无子宫肌瘤的孕妇70例作为对照组,比较两组的妊娠与分娩结局。结果:观察组先兆流产、胎膜早破的发生率分别为17.1%、12.9%,均明显高于对照组的2.9%、2.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的剖宫产率为44.3%,明显高于对照组的25.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的新生儿窒息发生率为11.4%,明显高于对照组的1.4%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者对妊娠与分娩具有一定的不良影响,容易发生妊娠并发症,且增加了剖宫产率,新生儿结局不良,应引起临床注意。

Effect of pregnancy combined with hysteromyoma on pregnancy and delivery outcomes

Objective:To explore the effect of pregnancy combined with hysteromyoma on pregnancy and delivery outcomes.Methods:Seventy pregnant women combined with hysteromyoma who were treated in the hospital from January 2008 to March 2011 were selected as observation group,and seventy pregnant women without hysteromyoma during the same period were selected as control group,the pregnancy and delivery outcomes in the two groups were compared.Results:The incidences of threatened abortion and premature rupture of membrane in observation group were 17.1% and 12.9%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in control group(2.9% and 2.9%,respectively)(P<0.05);the cesarean section rate in observation group was 44.3%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(25.7%)(P<0.05);the incidence of neonatal asphyxia in observation group was 11.4%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(1.4%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pregnancy combined with hysteromyoma has a certain adverse impact on pregnancy and delivery,pregnancy complications are liable to occur,the cesarean section rate is increased,and the neonatal outcomes are not good,so more attention should be paid to the pregnant women combined with hysteromyoma.
