胎儿窘迫诱发的新生儿窒息的高危因素分析

目的:探讨胎儿窘迫诱发的新生儿窒息的高危因素。方法:选取2003年1月～2011年6月该院356例胎儿窘迫产妇为研究对象,其中发生新生儿窒息85例,将其新生儿窒息发生率及高危因素进行分析及比较。结果:胎儿窘迫时间>60min者新生儿Apgar评分差于30～60 min及<30 min者,孕周≥42周和≤36周者差于其他孕周者,阴道分娩产妇差于其他生产方式的产妇,P值均<0.05,均有统计学差异。结论:胎儿窘迫诱发的新生儿窒息的高危因素包括胎儿窘迫时间、孕周、生产方式等,在生产过程中应引起重视。

Analysis on the high risk factors of neonatal asphyxia caused by fetal distress

Objective:To explore the high risk factors of neonatal asphyxia caused by fetal distress.Methods:A total of 356 parturient women whose fetuses were found with fetal distress were selected from the hospital from January 2003 to June 2011 as research objects,including 85 cases with neonatal asphyxia,the incidence of neonatal asphyxia and high risk factors were analyzed and compared.Results:The neonatal Apgar score of the cases with fetal distress time>60 minutes was significantly lower than those with fetal distress time<30 minutes or 30-60 minutes(P<0.05);the Apgar scores of the cases with gestational age≥42 weeks and ≤36 weeks were significantly lower than those of the cases with other gestational age(P<0.05);the Apgar score of the cases undergoing vaginal delivery was significantly lower than those undergoing other delivery modes(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high risk factors of neonatal asphyxia caused by fetal distress include fetal distress time,gestational age,delivery modes,and so on,more attention should be paid to during delivery.
