分段心理干预对产后抑郁的影响

目的:探讨自然分娩中分段心理干预及孕期焦虑-抑郁情绪对产后抑郁症的影响。方法:选取276例自然分娩产妇,按1∶2随机分为对照组和干预组。干预组按产前、产时、产后分段,根据临床评估,制定心理干预措施,进行心理干预;对产前有焦虑-抑郁情绪的24例产妇进行有针对性的、重点的个体心理干预。结果:对照组92例产妇,发生产后抑郁15例,发生率为16.3%,其中孕期有焦虑-抑郁情绪13例,发生产后抑郁7例,发生率为53.85%。干预组184例产妇,发生产后抑郁12例,发生率为6.52%,其中孕期有焦虑-抑郁情绪24例,发生产后抑郁5例,发生率为20.83%。结论:通过分段临床评估,制定相应的心理干预措施,能明显降低产后抑郁的发生率。孕期有焦虑或抑郁情绪的产妇产后抑郁症的发生率显著升高,个体针对性重点心理干预能明显降低产后抑郁的发生率。

The influence of segment psychological intervening to postpartum depression

Objective:To investigate the influence of segment psychological intervening and anxious-depressing feeling on postpartum depression.Methods:To select 276 natural delivery women were randomly divided into contesting group and intervening group at 1∶ 2.In intervening group,the psychological intervening measure was made according to clinical assessment and the women were given psychological intervening in antenatal,delivering and postpartum;24 cases with anxious-depressing feeling were given a pointed key individual psychology intervening.Results:Within 92 women in contrasting group,15 women occurred postpartum depression,16.3% incidence.And within 13 women with anxious-depressing feeling,7 women occurred postpartum depression,53.85% incidence.Within 184 women in intervening group,12 women occurred postpartum depression,6.52% incidence.And within 24 women with anxious-depressing feeling,5 women occurred postpartum depression,20.83% incidence.Conclusion:It can obviously reduce the incidence of postpartum depression to use a psychological intervening.The incidence of postpartum depression obviously rise for the women who have anxious-depressing feeling.Giving a pointed key individual psychology intervening can obviously reduce the incidence of postpartum depression.
