牡丹酚对阿尔茨海默病模型大鼠学习记忆能力的影响

摘    要:目的探讨牡丹酚对阿尔茨海默病模型大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法 40只雄性SD大鼠分成空白组、模型组、牡丹酚高剂量组、牡丹酚低剂量组。采用AlCl3建立AD模型,药物组大鼠用不同剂量牡丹酚溶液灌胃。Morris水迷宫试验检测小鼠的学习记忆能力。结果牡丹酚组大鼠学习记忆能力高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论牡丹酚可以改善AD模型大鼠学习记忆能力。

Influence of Paeonol on Learning and Memory Capability in AD Model Rats

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of paeonol on learning and memory in AD model rats. Methods 40 male rats were randomly divided into the normal group,the model group and the group of paeonol with high-dose and low-dose.To establish the AD model by AlCl3,and the paeonol groups was administered high and low treatment of paeonol solution;The learning and memory capability of rats was detected by morris water maze. Results The learning and memory capability in the group of paeonol rats was better than in model group(P<0.05). Conclusion The paeonol can effectively improve AD rats learning and memory capability.
