宫腹腔镜治疗前后女性不孕患者生殖激素水平检测研究

目的:探讨宫腹腔镜治疗前后女性不孕不育患者生殖激素水平变化规律。方法:选取2007年1月～2009年1月于该院进行治疗的88例女性不孕不育患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(宫腹腔镜组)44例和对照组(宫腔镜组)44例,将两组患者的治疗总有效率及治疗前后的血清PRL、E2、LH、T、FSH、P水平进行检测及比较。结果:A组的治疗总有效率明显高于B组,血清PRL、LH、T、FSH水平低于B组,E2、P水平高于对照组,且原发性不孕与继发性不孕患者均优于B组,P值均<0.05,均有统计学差异。结论:宫腹腔镜治疗女性不孕不育患者效果好,对生殖激素影响大,优势明显。

Study on the detection of reproductive hormones levels among the women with infertility before and after hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy

Objective:To explore the change regularity of reproductive hormones levels among the women with infertility before and after hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy.Methods:Eighty-eight women with infertility who were treated in the hospital from January 2007 to January 2009 were selected as study objects,then they were divided into observation group(hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy group,44 cases) and control group(hysteroscopy group,44 cases);the total effective rates in the two groups were calculated and compared;the serum levels of prolactin,luteining hormone(LH),testosterone,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),and progesterone before and after treatment in the two groups were detected and compared.Results:The total effective rate in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05);the serum levels of prolactin,LH,testosterone,and FSH in group A were significantly lower than those in group B(P<0.05);the serum levels of estradiol and progesterone in group A were significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.05),the effects of primary infertility and secondary infertility in group A were better than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy is good for the infertile women,the method has significant impact on reproductive hormones,and the advantages are obvious.
