儿童乙型肝炎患者血清ACTA水平的变化及临床意义

目的:检测乙型肝炎患儿血清激活素A(ActivinA,ACTA)水平并探讨其临床意义。方法:对45例乙型肝炎患儿采用酶联免疫(ELISA)法检测血清ActivinA、肝纤维化指标透明质酸(HA)、层黏连蛋白(LN)、三型前胶原蛋白(PCI-II)并与20例正常组进行比较及相关性分析。结果:乙型肝炎患儿的血清ActivinA水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),肝纤维化指标血清HA、LN、PCIII水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。乙型肝炎患儿血清ActivinA水平与HA、LN、PCIII明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论:ActivinA参与了肝纤维化的病理反应过程,可作为评价乙型肝炎患者预防和治疗的指标之一。动态检测血清ActivinA、HA、PCⅢ水平可以做为反映慢性肝病肝纤维化程度和预后的指标。

Change and clinical significance of serum ACTA level among the children with hepatitis B

Objective:To detect the level of serum activin A(ACTA) in the children with hepatitis B and explore its clinical significance.Methods:The levels of serum ACTA,hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN),and procollagen Ⅲ(PC Ⅲ) in 45 children with hepatitis B and 20 normal children were detected by ELISA,then the results in the two groups were compared,and correlation analysis was performed.Results:The serum ACTA level in hepatitis B group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01),the levels of serum HA,LN,and PC Ⅲ in hepatitis B group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).In hepatitis B group,there was a significant correlation between serum ACTA level and serum levels of HA,LN,and PC Ⅲ(P<0.05).Conclusion:ACTA participates in the course of pathological reaction of hepatic fibrosis,which can be used as an index to evaluating prevention and treatment of the patients with hepatitis B.Dynamic detections of serum ACTA,HA,and PC Ⅲ can be used as indexes to reflect the degree of hepatic fibrosis and prognosis of the patients with chronic liver disease.
