摘    要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定盐酸羟嗪含量及有关物质的方法。方法采用C18柱,以磷酸氢二铵(0.01mol.L-1,pH6.0)-乙腈(60:40)为流动相,流速为1mL.min^-1,检测波长为230nm,进样量20μL,柱温30℃。结果在浓度为5~50μg.mL^-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995,n=6),检测限为0.0083μg.mL^-1。结论本法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可作为盐酸羟嗪含量及有关物质的测定方法。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content and related sub- stances of Hydroxyzine Hydroehloride. METHODS The HPLC system is consisted of C18 column, the mobie phase is Ammonium hydrogen phosphate(0.01tool· L^- 1, pH6.0) : acetonitrile(60 : 40). the flow rate was 1.0mL· min^- 1. Detection wavelength was set at 230nm, the injection volume was 20μL and column temperature was 30℃ RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5.01 -- 50.10μg·mL^- l r = 0. 9995 (n = 6) ; the limit of detection was 0. 0.083μg·mL^- 1. CONCLUSION The method was rapid, simple, accurate sensitive and suitable for the content and related substances determination of Hydroxyzine Hydrochloride.
