复方甘草酸苷治疗酒精性肝病疗效观察

目的：观察复方甘草酸苷治疗酒精性肝病的疗效。方法：将酒精性肝病患者90例随机分为治疗组45例，给予复方甘草酸苷注射液60ml，加入5％葡萄糖注射液250ml，静脉滴注，1天1次，连续滴注4周；之后改为复方甘草酸苷片，1次2片，1天3次，口服，连服8周。对照组45例，用硫普罗宁注射剂0．2g，加入5％葡萄糖注射液500ml，静脉滴注，1天1次，连续4周；之后改为硫普罗宁片，1次200mg，1天3次，口服。结果：治疗组在改善症状、肝功能、肝纤维化指标方面有明显效果，显著优于对照组（P〈0．05或〈0．01）。结论：复方甘草酸苷治疗酒精性肝病的疗效较好。

Treating 45 Cases of Alcoholic Liver Disease by Compound Glycyrrhizin

Objective： To observe the curative effect of compound glycyrrhizin on treatment of alcoholic liver disease. Methods：90 cases of alcoholic liver disease were randomly divided into the treatment group （45 cases） and the contrast group （45 cases）. The treatment group was treated by 60 ml compound glycyrrhizin injection and 250 ml 5% glucose injection. After 4 weeks of vein injection, compound glycyrrhizin tablets were taken with two tablets each time and twice each day for 8 weeks. The contrast group was treated by 0.2g tiopronin injection powder and 500 ml 5% glucose injection. After 4 weeks of vein injection, tiopronin tablets were taken with 200mg each time and twice each day. Results：The treatment group had better effect on improvement of symptom, indexes of liver function and fibrosis than the contrast group （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Compound glycyrrhizin has good effect on treatment of alcoholic liver disease.
