氯氮平对难治性精神分裂症的疗效与D4受体基因的关系分析

摘    要:目的 探讨可能与氯氮平对难治性精神分裂症疗效有关的 D4受体基因以及其它相关的因素。方法 PCR-RFLPs技术检 测 104例以氯氮平治疗的难治性精神分裂症患者的 D4受体基因。结果 发现氯氮平的疗效与男性呈正相关,与 D4受体基因及其它因素无明显相关。结论 氯氮平对男性难治性精神分裂症患者的疗效较好, D4受体基因在氯氮平的药理作用中不起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the responses to clozapine for treatment refractory schizophrenic patients and the D4 receptor gene and the other related factors.Method The D4 receptor gene in 104 treatment refractory in patients with schizophrenia had been detected by PCR-RFLPs technique.Result The responses to clozapine for treatment refractory schizophrenic patients are positively related to the male but not related to the D4 receptor gene and other factors.Conclusion The responses to clozapine for the male treatment-refractory schizophrenic patients are better than those for the female ones.D4 receptor gene may not play a key role in the action of clozapine on the treatment refractory schizophrenic patients.
