儿童哮喘计划防治的效益评价

目的评价儿童哮喘计划防治实施的效果和效益。方法从住院的 ６ ５４９例患儿中筛查确诊哮喘患儿４０例，进行患病和诊治情况调查，实施健康教育和哮喘计划防治，进行３年随访观察和调查。结果规范化治疗的覆盖率达９２．５％，规范化治疗组临床控制和显效达 ９４． ５９％，明显高于不规范治疗组 （３３．３３％），而医疗费用的支出前者只有后者的１／３。结论在儿童中开展哮喘计划防治具有明显的社会效益和经济效益。

Evaluation on the efficacy of the prevention and cure plan to children's asthma

Objective To evaluate the effect and efficacy of the prevention and cure plan to children's asthma. Methods Screen out 40 cases with asthma from 6549 children in the hospital and investigate the conditions of prevalence, diagnosis and treatment. Perform health education and asthma preventing plan, then follow them up for 3 years. Result The rate of regulatory treatment is 92. 5%. In the group with regulatory treatment, the effective rate is 94. 59% and higher than the group with irregulatory therapy(33. 33% ). But the expenditure of the former is only 1 /3 of the latter. Conclusion Carry out the prevention and cure plan to children's asthma can get social and economic efficacy obviously.
