| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨硬膜外腔侧隐窝注射法治疗腰椎间盘突出症（ＬＤＨ）。方法将１２０例ＬＤＨ患者随机分为胶原酶注射组和胶原酶加得宝松注射组，旨在观察这种胶原酶注射法对ＬＤＨ的治疗效果及加得宝松后对治疗效果的影响。结果 上述方法对ＬＤＨ有较好的临床疗效，尤其是中远期有效率两组均达到９０％以上，优良率达７５％。结论 硬膜外腔侧隐窝注射加用得宝松可明显提高近期优良率并减少注射胶原酶后腰背痛的发生率；两组患者均未发生严重并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of epidural injection of Collagenase and Debousong in the treatment of Lumbar Disk Herniation(LDH) Method 120 patients with LDH were randomly divied into Collagenase injection group and Collagenase Diprpospin injection group, the short, middle, and long term effects of both group were observed. Results The middle and long term effectiveness rate in both groups were 90%, with the excellency rate of 75%. No severe complication were seen in both methods of treatment, post injection back pain occured less in collagenase Plus Debosong group. Conclusion Satisfactory results can be obtained from epidural injection with or without Debosong in the treatment of lumbar disk herniation. |
