腹腔镜治疗女性不孕症合并盆腔粘连效果分析

目的探讨腹腔镜治疗女性不孕症合并盆腔粘连的临床疗效。方法回顾性总结2016年1月至2017年1月新乡市妇幼保健院妇科收治的分别采用腹腔镜手术(45例,设为观察组)及开腹手术(45例,设为对照组)治疗的90例女性不孕症合并盆腔粘连患者的病历资料,对比分析两组患者的手术时间、恢复生活自理时间、住院时间、并发症发生情况及干预效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间为(51. 02±2. 12) min、恢复生活自理时间为(3.01±1.01) d、住院时间为(4. 11±1.82) d、并发症发生率为8.89%、干预后总有效率为97.78%,明显优于对照组患者的手术时间(62.14±2.24) min、恢复生活自理时间(4.15±1.21)d、住院时间(6. 13±2.51) d、并发症发生率24. 44%、干预后总有效率77. 78%,两组患者手术时间、恢复生活自理时间、住院时间、并发症发生情况及干预效果对比,P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论女性不孕症合并盆腔粘连患者行腹腔镜手术予以治疗,手术时间及术后恢复时间相对较短,并发症发生率较低,且可同时对其他病变部位进行处理,最大程度改变盆腔环境,有效提高妊娠率,疗效确切。

Analysis of the Effect of Laparoscopy in the Treatment of Female Infertility Combined with Pelvic Adhesion

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopy in the treatment of female infertility combined with pelvic adhesion. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 90 female infertile patients combined with pelvic adhesion who were admitted to Gynecology Department of Xinxiang Maternal and Child Health center between January2016 and January 2017 and underwent laparoscopic surgery(45 cases, observation group) and laparotomy(45 cases, control group). The operation duration, time for regaining self-care ability, hospitalization time, complication occurrence and intervention effect were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the operation duration was(51. 02 ±2. 12) min, the time for regaining self-care ability was(3. 01 ± 1. 01) d,the hospitalization time was(4. 11 ±1. 82) d, the complication occurrence rate was 8. 89% and the total effective rate after intervention was 97. 78%, all of which were significantly superior to the corresponding(62. 14 ±2. 24) min,(4. 15 ± 1. 21) d,(6. 13 ±2. 51) d,24. 44%and 77. 78% in the control group, with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05). Conclusion For the treatment of female infertility combined with pelvic adhesion, laparoscopic surgery boasts for shorter operation duration and recovery time, and lower complication occurrence rate. Moreover, during the operation,other pelvic lesions can be handled in the meantime to maximally change the pelvic environment and effectively improve pregnancy rate.
