宫颈糜烂患者宫颈分泌物中支原体与细菌分离培养结果分析

目的　了解支原体与细菌混合感染在宫颈糜烂中的作用 ,寻求有效的治疗药物。方法　对 16 4例宫颈糜烂患者 (观察组 )的宫颈分泌物进行解脲支原体 (UU)、人型支原体 (MH)和细菌培养 ,并以 48例体检正常妇女作为对照组。结果　观察组UU、MH及细菌的单一检出率和两种及以上病原体检出率与对照组相比差异有显著性意义(P <0 0 1) ,宫颈分泌物检出细菌以表皮葡萄球菌为主 (35 3% )。结论　支原体与细菌的混合感染可造成或加重宫颈糜烂 ,且病原体的检出率随着宫颈糜烂程度的加重而升高 ;表皮葡萄球菌在宫颈糜烂中的作用已不可忽视。

Isolated cultural results of bacteria and mycoplasma in the secretion of patients with cervical erosion

Objective To find out the mixed infectious effect of mycoplasma and bacteria in chronic cervicitis and look for efficacious drugs.Method Among 164 cervical-erosion patients,ureaplasma urealytium (UU) and mycoplasma hominis (MH) were assayed as well as bacteria cultured,and 48 normal women as the control group.Results Single chosen rate of UU,MH and bacteria as well as that of (over) two pathogene,both obviously higher than those in control group (P<0 01),worse cervical erosion resulting in corresponding higher chosen rates.Bacteria caught from cervical secretion were mainly staphylococcus epidermidis (35 3%).Conclusion The mixed infection of mycoplasma and bacteria may result in or aggravate cervical erosion.The role of staphylococcus epidermidis in the pathogenetics of cervical erosion should not be ignored.
