| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中晚期贲门癌放疗效果。方法放射治疗采用60Co-r线，常规分割照射，总量4000～6500cGy。结果经放射治疗后91.8％(45/49)的中晚期贲门癌进食情况明显改善，2例病人得到手术治疗，1、3、5年生存率达79.6％，4％，1％。结论中晚期贲门癌虽然失去手术机会，但行单纯放疗仍有一定的疗效，同时，亦可使部分病人得到手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficiency and value of radiotherapy for midor advanced cardia cancer. Methods The initial radiotherapy was 60Co-rad, conventional fractionated at the total doses of 4000～6500cGy. Results After taking radiotherapy 91.8％ (45/49) patients condition got marked improvement. two patients were well enough to take operational treatment, the overall survivals at 1 - ,3 - and 5 - years were 79.6％, 4％ and 1％. Conclusion Though midor advanced cardia cancer lose the chance of operation, radiotherapy is considered as intent curative so some patients can have operation. |
