摘    要:目的:探讨1.5-二氨基蒽醌(1.5-DAAQ)、1.5-二氯蒽醌(1.5-DCAQ)和1.8-二氯蒽醌(1.8-DCAQ)的遗传毒理。方法:本文运用小鼠外周血淋巴细胞微核测定方法。结果:小鼠第一次被注射1.5-DAAQ,1.5-DCCQ和1.8-DCAQ所产生的微核细胞与空白对照相经无显著性差异,第二次以及以后各次分别注入上述三种化合物时,与对照组相比有显著差异(P〈0.01)。结论:三种AQs

EFFECTS OF SOME ANTHRAQUINONE DERIVATIVES ON MOUSE PERIPHERAL BLOOD LYMPHOCYTE MICRONUCLEUS
Abstract:Purpose and Methods: Most of the information about possible genotoxic effects of anthraquinone derivatives is derived from prokaryotic systems that must differ from mammalian systems and human. In this study 1.5-diaminoanthraquinone(1.5-DAAQ), 1.5-dichloroanthraquinone(1.5-DCAQ) and 1.8-diahloroanthraquinone(1.8-DCAQ) were selected for testing used micronucleus(MN) analysis in BALBC/c mice peripheral blood lymphocytes. Results: Results show that they were significant difference from second to fifth injection times as compared with the control micronucleus frequency (P<0.01) when those compounds accumulated to a weight of 100mg/kg.bw following ip in BALBC/c mice. Conclusion: We suggest there is requirement to research and minitor their mutagenesis.
