摘    要:“优质服务链”是服务行业研究的一个重要课题,医学模式的转变加速了“优质服务链”的诞生,市场经济初步确立了“优质服务链”的建构,本文借助企业管理中的成功经验,结合医院实际,从优质服务链的概念、核心理念、逻辑内涵、构建体系及举措等对医院构建优质服务链提升医疗服务质量打造医院核心竞争力进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:The "high quality service chain" is an important research topic in the service industries. The emergence of "high quality service chain" is accelerated by the transformation of the medical model, and the initial construction of high quality service chain is established by market economy. Based on the successful experience in enterprise management and the situations of our hospital, we discuss several aspects in the construction of high quality service chain to improve health service quality and core competitive strength, including the concept of high quality service chain, core notions, logic connotations, system development and related measures.
