围生儿死亡致产科纠纷的探讨

目的分析围生儿死亡相关因素及由此引发产科纠纷的原因，探讨相应的对策。方法回顾性分析我院2002年以来产科围生儿死亡病例死亡原因及发生纠纷的原因。结果围生儿死亡原因临床诊断不清、医患沟通不良、诊疗护理缺陷是纠纷的焦点。结论提高产科工作者风险意识，加强医患沟通能力，完善诊疗护理规范是减少纠纷的有效措施。

Discussion of Obstetrical Dispute over the Death of Perinatal

Objective To analyze the factors that make stillbirth or infant death, and the reasons that cause the dispute between the hospital and the parents by that; try to find a realistic solutions. Methods To sum up the cases of perinatal death which happened in our hospital from 2002 to 2007 and the causes of the death. Resnlts The focus on the dispute was that the factors caused the death of the infants can not be found out precisely, and the line of communication between the doctors and the parents was not open, and there were some flaws in nursing care. Conclusion The effective measures that reduce this kind of the disputes are to enhance obstetrical yisky awareness improve their ability of communication, and the principles of nursing care.
