| Abstract: | AIM:Difficulty in treatment of root canal has been increased significantly due to the complex of root canal and popularity of root canal therapy(RCT).Dental operative microscope(DOM) become more and more important for root canal retreatment because of its light and tremendously visibility.It increases the calculating and accurate of RCT.This article reviewed the form,feature and experience of DOM in nonsurgical treatment in difficalt root canal of endodontics. |
