特异性免疫疗法治疗过敏性紫癜30例

目的比较特异性免疫治疗及传统治疗对过敏性紫癜的治疗效果。方法将47例过敏性紫癜患者随机分为两组，治疗组30例，对照组17例，治疗组给予特异性免疫治疗（注射混合抗原脱敏液），对照组采用传统的药物治疗方法，比较两组近期和远期疗效。结果治疗组的有效率和对照组无明显差别（P＞0.05），而其复发率则明显低于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论与传统治疗方法比较，特异性免疫治疗对过敏性紫癜有更好的远期疗效。

Treatment of 30 Cases of Allergic Purpura with Specific Immunotherapy

Objective To compare the effects of specific immunotherapy and conventional therapy in allergic purpura. Methods Forty-seven cases of allergic purpura patients were randomized into two groups: the treatment group (n=30) treated with specific immunotherapy and the control group (n=17 ) treated with conventional conservative therapy. Results The effective rates between the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference (P>0.05), but the recurrence in the treatment group was significantly lower than in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The specific immunotherapy had better and longer effect in the treatment of allergic purpura.
