| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨螺旋CT对主动脉夹层(AD)的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析23例AD的螺旋CT检查资料。结果:23例中DeBakeyⅠ型AD瘤8例,DeBakeyⅢ型AD瘤15例。ADCT表现为主动脉双腔、腔内剥离内膜片、内膜破口、附壁血栓等。23例中5例破裂,CT表现为胸腔及主动脉周围积液,增强扫描可见造影剂外渗。螺旋CT增强能有效辨认AD真、假腔,显示附壁血栓及AD与肾动脉的关系和分支受累情况。结论:螺旋CT对AD的诊断非常有效,对临床治疗具有重要指导意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of spiral CT in diagnosis of aortic dissection (AD). Methods The spiral CT examination data of 23 patients with aortic dissection were analyzed retrospectively. Results 8 patients were DeBakeyI type, 15 patients were DeBakeyIII type.Double cavity, intimal flap, intermal tear crevasse, mural thromboses were the main CT findings of AD.5 patients of AD ruptured.Contrast enhanced CT can discraminate the true lumen from false lumen easily.The relationship of AD with renal artery, and the affected branches can be showed very well by spiral CT. Conclusion Spiral CT is a very effective methods for AD diagnosis, and is of great value in guiding clinic treatment. |
