| 摘 要： | 许多研究证实脂联素有胰岛素增敏作用,能拮抗胰岛素抵抗。而研究也已证实胰岛素抵抗是非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的病理生理基础。因此,脂联素与NAFLD密切相关。脂联素的胰岛素增敏作用是通过增加骨骼肌脂肪酸氧化以及抑制肝糖异生实现的。

| Abstract: | Many studys have proved that adiponection had sensitization to insulin and could prevent insulin resistance.Meanwhile researches indicate that insulin resistance is the pathophysiologic foundation of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD),Therefore adiponectin has close association with NAFLD.The sensitization of adiponectin to insulin is implemented by increasing fatty acid oxidation in skeletal muscle and restraining er gluconeogenesis in liver. |
