| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外周血中循环血管内皮细胞（circulating endothelial cells,CECs）与胶质瘤的关系。方法流式细胞法检测59例初诊胶质瘤患者外周血中的CECs的水平。结果治疗前后循环血管内皮细胞数量变化与胶质瘤患者的性别、年龄、病理类型、肿瘤负荷无关;治疗前后循环血管内皮细胞数量变化在不同疗效、肿瘤进展时间（time to progress,TTP）、1年生存率组有差异。结论提示循环血管内皮细胞是评价胶质瘤近期和远期疗效的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the relationship between circulating endothelial cells(CECs) and Glioma. Methods] CECs of 59 patients with glioma were isolated by using an antibody directed against CD146, then it were quantified by flow cytometry analysis. Results] No significant difference was found in amount of CECs before treatment or CECs amount between pre-and post-therapy in different sex, age, patho-type, tumor size.
