复方樟柳碱联合托品卡胺眼药水治疗调节痉挛

摘    要:目的:观察复方樟柳碱注射液联合0.5%托品卡胺眼药水对青少年近视眼伴调节痉挛的治疗效果。方法:随机将50例100眼在校青少年近视眼伴调节痉挛患者的双眼分别设为A组和B组,各50眼。A组用复方樟柳碱注射液联合0.5%托品卡胺眼药水治疗,B组仅用0.5%托品卡胺眼药水治疗,疗程为15d。比较两组治疗后矫正视力、眼压、自觉症状变化情况。结果:A组的矫正视力、自觉症状的改善均优于B组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。A组的眼压,治疗前后差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:复方樟柳碱注射液联合0.5%托品卡胺眼药水对在校青少年近视眼伴调节痉挛的治疗有效,可行。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the efficacy of compound anisodine injection and tropicamide on the treatment of spasm of accommodation in adolescent myopia. Methods: Both eyes of 50 adolescent myopia patients who have suffered from spasm of accommodation were assigned into two groups randomly: group A were injected compound anisodine and dropped 0.5%tropicamide, and group B were dropped 0.5% tropicamide. The period of treatment was 15 days. Change of visual acuity, intracular pressure and subjective symptom were compared between the two groups. Results: The change of visual acuity and subjective symptom of group A were superior to those of group B. The difference between the two groups is significant(P<0.01). The difference of intraocular pressure between before and after reatment in group A was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of compound anisodine injection and tropicamide on spasm of accommodation in adolescent myopia is effective and feasible.
