从考试作弊视角谈加强医学生诚信教育

诚信,是人的道德基础,是人之为人的最重要品德.考试作为一种选拔人才和检验教学效果的手段,只有在诚信的基础上才能体现其价值.考试作弊行为严重践踏了公平竞争原则,背离了考试的诚信要求.本文探讨了当前医学生考试作弊的一些新特点,如行为的广泛化、公开化,动机、手段的多样化、复杂化,以及考试作弊的相关因素,如学校和社会不诚信环境影响,考核制度及学生评价制度不完善等.同时,提出加强诚信道德教育,改革教学和考核方式,构建诚信评价体系等减少考试作弊的办法.

Abstract：

Credit and honesty are the most important moral character of human. As an approach to talents selecting and teaching and learning effect texting, examination only work effectively by following the principle of credit and honesty. Cheating on exams deviated from this principle and damaged the learning initiative of other students. In this paper, the characters of cheating on exams, for example the behaviors has been changing more extensively and publicly, intentions and methods has been changing more variety and complexity, correlative factors of cheating on exams, for example the non-credit and honesty words and deeds in school and society, the imperfection in students' feed back system and evaluation system, had been discussed. To change current situation of cheating on exams and enhance the ideological and political education of medical students, some methods, for example enhancing students' credit and honesty education, optimizing traditional teaching methods and feed back system, establishing credit and honesty evaluation system, had been offered.
