多角度营造医学人文环境的实践探索

医学教育承担着培养医学人才的使命,它在深化医药卫生体制改革、建立覆盖全民医疗保障制度、构建社会主义和谐社会中具有重要作用.究竟应该培养怎样的医生来肩负起中国未来的健康责任,是医学教育工作者共同关心的话题.为医学教育营造良好的人文环境,是医学教育在知识体系拓展之外同样值得关注的重要领域.近年来,上海交通大学医学院通过完善医学教育目标和模式的顶层设计,积极营造全员育人和全过程育人的良好氛围,借助综合性院校优势和资源推进通识教育,广泛开展社会实践、志愿者服务等"第二课堂"活动,宣传弘扬名师名家风采和成长经历,开办品牌讲座,举办精品级文艺演出等,从广度、深度、力度、精度等四"度"上,全方位打造医学人文教育的大环境,取得了一定的成效.特别是通过医学院文化规划的拟定及实施,促进了对营造医学教育人文环境的更加深入的思考.

Abstract：

Medical education is the basis for the growth of medical practitioners. It plays an important role in the creation of a new medical system, an universal health care system, and a harmonious society in general. The methods to create doctors responsible for a healthier future has always been a major concern for China's medical educators. Therefore, except for the growth of knowledge, a good cultural environment should also be an important issue that concerns medical education.Over the recent years, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine has launched intensive educational reform and made considerable achievements in the cultural buildup on campus.Through the top-down design of educational goal and educational pattern, the school has created an environment that involves every one and every stage in students' education. Being part of a comprehensive university, it has drawn various resources to ensure a sound liberal education. It also signs students up for various social practices and volunteer works. Medical giants regularly talk to students about their achievements and experiences. Our young people also have frequent access to lectures and art shows. In general, the medical school has made headway into a liberal education that is extensive, deeply, strong, and exact. In particular, it has created a cultural agenda for medical school to explore the issue more deeply.
