| 摘 要： | 本文对烧伤后瘢痕形成的因素及病理机制进行了综述,指出烧伤后瘢痕组织是由胶原纤维和基质、成纤维细胞及局部粘多糖沉积所形成.在综合了常见瘢痕类型的基础上,从西医和中医角度分析了烧伤后瘢痕治疗的研究探索和临床疗效,并提出在目前瘢痕治疗领域中,以西医理论为指导,以中西医结合为主的疗法是今后发展的趋势.

| Abstract: | Objective： The article is a review of causes and pathological mechanism of post -burn scar formation. Post - burn scar tissue formed by aggradation of collagen fiber, matrix, fibroblast and local mucopolysaccharide. On the basis of summarizing scar types, treatment method and clinical effect of post - burn scar was reviewed and discussed in the point of view of Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is proposed that trend of development of scar treatment is Western Medicine used as theory guidance and TCM -WM used as main method of the treatment. |
