海南省中专学校学生脂肪肝患病率调查

目的为了解海南省中专学校学生患脂肪肝的情况，为预防和控制措施提供科学依据。方法2004年6月对海南省中专学校毕业班中汽修和电子专业同学进行就业前B超检查，然后对患脂肪肝患者进行数据分析。结果海南省中专学校学生脂肪肝患病率达6．43％，男6．55％(35／534)，女为5．97％(8／134)，男女差异无显著性。结论脂肪肝的预防和控制应从青少年抓起，提倡科学饮食和适当有效的体育锻炼。

Survey of fat liver incidence in students of technical schools in Hainan Province

Objective To understand the fat liver incidence in Hainan Occupational School and provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures. Methods The graduated students majored in vehicle maintenance and electronics of Hainan Occupational School were examined by ultrasonic B before working in June 2004 and the fat liver students were analyzed. Results The fat liver incidence in the students was 6.43%, being 6.55% in the males (35/534) and 5.97% in the females (8/134), and there was no significant difference between males and females. Conclusion Prevention and control of fat liver should begin from adolescents and measures of scientific diet and appropriate physical exercise are indicated.
