午时茶质量标准研究

摘    要:目的为控制午时茶的质量,建立川芎、厚朴的薄层色谱鉴别和枳实与陈皮的高效液相含量测定。方法采用薄层色谱法,鉴别午时茶中的川芎药材、厚朴药材;用高效液相法测定枳实和陈皮药材中的橙皮苷总含量。结果鉴别方法:操作简单,专属性强,重复性好,阴性对照无干扰;含量测定方法:操作简单,准确,橙皮苷在12.36~197.75ug之间呈良好的线性关系,橙皮苷的回收率为96.86%。结论本质量标准能有效地控制午时茶的质量。

Abstract:Objective In order to control the quality of Wushi Cha, we establish TLC method for identification of rhizoma chuanxiong, cortex magnoliae officinalis; and establish determination method the content of fructus aurantii immaturus and pericarpium cirri reticulatae in Wushi Cha.by HPLC.Methods Using the TLC method for identification of rhizoma chuanxiong, cortex magnoliae officinalis; Using the HPLC methods for determination the contents of Hesperldin in Wushi Cha. Besults The results show that TLC method is simply, specific reproducible,and it can be use for determining three substances in Wushi Cha; HPLC method established is simply, accurate and has a good linearity in the rang of 12.36--197.75μg with a mean recovery of Hesperid in as high as 96.86%. Conclusion This quality standard can control the quality of Wushi Cha effectively.
