66例慢性肺心病护理体会

目的探讨慢性肺心病临床护理。方法对66例患者均有效控制感染,规范治疗,按照药物半衰期给药,合理安排休息,氧疗。结果经过规范治疗和护理,患者总有效率95.5%,患者年住院次数和年住院天数均明显减少。结论对慢性肺心病患者,加强病情观察,规范护理措施、实施健康教育和心理护理,是有效的护理手段。

Nursing Experience of 66 Chronic Cardiopulmonary Disease

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing of Chronic Cardiopulmonary Disease. Methods 66 patients with chronic cardiopulmonary disease were treated with effective infection control,administration according with t1/2, and regulative curing, oxygen therapy and recreation. Result sTotal effective rate of 66 patients reached 95.5%. The frequency of hospitalized and the total time be in hospital were significant reduced. Conclusion It was necessary in chronic cardiopulmonary disease that strengen pathogenetic condition observation, regulated nursing methods, performed healthy education and mental nursing.
