我院182例药品不良反应报告分析

目的了解我院的药品不良反应（Adverse drug reaction，简称ADR）的发生特点，促进临床更安全合理的用药。方法采用回顾性的方法，针对我院2006年1月至2008年6月收集到的182例ADR，主要从药品种类、给药途径，引发ADR前10位的药品等方面进行统计分析。结果抗感染药物和心血管药物的ADR报告例数分别位居第1位和第2位：其中由静脉滴注药物引发的ADR就占80．7％。结论开展ADR监测工作是所有医疗机构的重要任务，进一步加强ADR的检测是患者安全用药的保障。

Hospital 182 cases of Adverse Drug Reactions Analysis

Objective To understand features of ADR in our hospintal and to pro-mote ratiomal clinical drug use. Methods A retrospective method was adopted in which 182 ADR cases collected in our hospital in 2006-2008 were analyqed from drug categoris, routes of ad-ministratration,the top 10-ADR-induced drugs and etc. Results Antibac-terial and the Card-iovasclar drug injectavle preparation dominated the first place and the second place respectiv-ely on the list of ADR report cases; 80.7% of the ADR cases was induced by iv drop drugs. Conclusion Carrying out ADR monitoring work is an important task for all of medical ins-tituteiongs, the strengthening of ADR monitoring can ensure safe drug use of patiaents.
