妊娠期糖代谢异常的妊娠结局分析

目的分析妊娠期糖代谢异常对妊娠结局的影响。方法对2006年1月至2008年6月明确诊断为101例妊娠期糖代谢异常者,回顾性分析妊娠方式、并发症以及新生婴儿的状况。结果101例中阴道分娩28例,剖宫产及难产73例;在分娩过程中,发生胎儿窘迫21例（20.8%）;羊水过多6例;羊水过少11例;胎膜早破23例;早产38例以及产后出血8例;低血糖31例,低血钙29例;巨大儿10例;脑发育不成熟8例;肺发育不成熟3例;严重脑损伤3例;红细胞增多症7例;心肌肥厚4例。结论妊娠期糖代谢异常可引起多种新生儿疾病,严重新生儿疾病与母亲血糖控制及糖尿病程度有关;脑发育不成熟和脑损伤值得关注。

Analysis of the Outcome of the Pregnancy in Abnormal Glucose Metabolism

Objective Analysis of the outcome of the pregnancy in the abnormal glucose metabolism. Methods Retrospective analysis of the way of pregnancy complications, as well as newborn babies in 101 cases of abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy from January 2006 to June 2008. Results 101 cases of vaginal delivery in 28 cases, 73 cases of cesarean section; in the course of delivery, fetal distress occurred in 21 cases（20.8%）=too much amniotic fluid, 6; oligohydramnios 11 cases; 23 premature rupture of membranes; premature 38 cases of postpartum hemorrhage,and 8 cases=31 cases of hypoglycemia, low blood calcium in 29 cases; huge 10 cases of abuse; 8 cases of immature brain development）,3 cases of immature lung development; 3 cases of severe brain injury; vera 7 Cases; 4 cases of cardiac hypertrophy. Conclusion The abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy can cause a variety of neonatal disease, severe neonatal disease and the mother＇s blood sugar level of diabetes control and related： immature brain developmerit and brain injury cause for concern.
