| 摘 要： | 北宋陈直所著的《养老奉亲书》为我国现存较早的一部老年养生专著,主要论述老年养生及防病治病的理论和方法。书中较为详细地阐述了老年人食疗方法和注意事项,并主张医药扶持、重视顺时奉养、提倡精神摄养,对元、明、清时期养生学的发展做出了重要贡献。
