胃扩张对胃泌素,生长抑素分泌的影响

本实验用麻醉大鼠及带血管灌流的离体大鼠胃，观察胃扩张对胃泌素、生长抑素分泌的影响。结果显示；（１）在体实验商品化；用１０ｍｌＮＳ扩张鼠胃，血浆胃泌素水平明显升高，生长抑素变化不显著；切断双侧颈迷走神经，血浆胃泌素水平降低而生长抑素水平升高。（２）离体实验部分：胃扩张使胃泌素分泌减少，生长抑系分泌增加，阿托品，河豚毒分别阻断此效应的３０％或５０＾，而血管活性肠肽拮抗剂对其无明显影响。

Effect of gastric distention on gastrin and somatostatin secretion

Effect of gastric distention on gastrin and somatostatin(SS)secretion were inve-stiga ted in anesthetized rat a nd in iso lated and perfused rat stomach. In anestheized rats gastric distention by 10ml normaL saline(NS)induced an increase of plasma a gastrin level but SS did notchange. In bilaterdlly vagotomized rats gastric distention evoked a decrease of gastrin and an increase of ss in plasma. Distention of the isolated and perfused rat stomach by 10 or 15 ml NS induced asignificant decrease of gastrin and an increase of SS secretion,which were reduced about 50% or30 % by infusion of TTX or atropine,respeetively. Infusing VIP antagonist did not changedistention-induced gastrin and SS secretion. The present data suggested that:1.gastric distention stim-ulated gastrin and inhibited ss secretion by vagal dependent pathway in vivo;2.the vagal iuflu-ence masks the intragastric mechanisms which inhibited gastrin and stimulated SS secretion; 3. cholinergic and also non-cholinergic mechanisms contribute to the alterations of gastrin and Ss secretion,However the exact nature of the non-cholinergic mechanisms remains to be explored.
