山莨菪碱对高原肺水肿血液动力学的影响

摘    要:在控制条件下应用山莨菪碱治疗HAPE患者并作血液动力学检测。结果:山莨菪碱能缩短微循环平均滞留时间,提高大血管扩张度,降低载体血粘度和总外周阻力,增加有效循环血容量和心输出量,提高心脏功能有效利用率,使平均舒张压适度下降,增宽缩小的脉压。山莨菪碱治疗组治疗后24h各参数值与治疗前及对照组比较差异均有显著或非常显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。表明:山莨菪碱对HAPE患者血液动力学的异常改变具有系列调整作用,产生良好的影响和临床治疗效果。

Effects of anisodamine on hemodynamics of high altitude pulmonary edema
Abstract:A hemodynamics experiment on the patients of HAPE with anisodanmine hasbeen made in a controled case. The results showed that anisodamine can shortenmicrocirculation time, raise the expansion compliance of blood vessel, reduee blood viscosityand TPR, increase the blood volume of effective circulation and cardiac output, make meandiastolic pressure descend appropriately, and widen thenarrow pulsepressure. Anisodaminegroup 24 hours after treatment compared with tat before treatment and also with controlgroup the difference of above mentio ned parameters are very clear(P< 0.05,P < 0.01). It wassuggested that anisodamine has a series of adiusting actions, favourable influences and alsocurative effects on the abnormal change of hemodynamicS of HAPE patients.
