缺氧性肺动脉高压大鼠肺血管内皮细胞的变化

摘    要:30只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成正常对照和缺氧1、2、3、4周组(共5组),吸入10%O_2,90%N_2,每天8h,每周6天。静注1%FeCl30.2ml/100g体重,每周2次。于缺氧1、2、3、4周未测肺动脉压力,取肺动脉及肺组织行电镜检查,结果显示:缺氧时间越长,肺血管内皮细胞结构损伤越重,肺动脉压力越高。提示血管内皮细胞损伤在肺动脉高压形成中起重要作用。

The changes of pulmonary vascular endothelial cells in hypoxic hypertension rats
Abstract:The changes of vascular endothelial cells was observed 30 male Wistar ratswere randomly divided into 5 groups.They were control group and groups ofhypoxic 1,2,3,4 weeks respectively.Rats were eyposed to 10% O2,90% N2,injected 0.2ml/ 100g 1 % FeC13. When the treatment time was over, the PaO2 and pulmonaryhaemodvnamics were measured,pulmonary artery and lung specimens were examined byscaning electron micrography(SEM) and transmission electron micrography(TEM).The results show that:(1) The pulmonary artery pressure(PAP) of hypoxic rats in-creased,the longer the hpyoxic time,the higher the PAP,(2)The hypoxic rats had obvi-ous anoxia.(3)The pulmonary VEC were damagedobviously.After 1 week hypoxia,the pulmonary VEC appeared swollen,and the mitochondria were also swollenAs thetime goes on, the VEC appeared splitting,broken and peeled off, the basel laminaparted,the collagen in basal lamina increased obviously.
