摘    要:本研究用新西兰家兔42只,分为7组,观察不同剂量甘氨酸对内毒素致热性的灭活效果。

Abstract:Inhibitory effect of glycine(G)upon endotoxin(ET) pyrogenicity was observed in 42 new zeland rabbits.The results showed:(1)pyrogenicity of ET was inhibited significantly when the ratio of G to ET was 10mg:100U,and the biphasic fever was changed into monophasic fever.(2)The pyrogenicity of ET was futher reduced when the ratio of G to ET was 50mg:100U,and there was only a small and low monophase in thermo-response curve.(3)the pyrogenicity of ET wasinhibited nearly completed when the ratio of G to ET was 200mg:100U,and there was no significant raising phase in thermo-response curve.(4)G alone did not affect the normal body temperature.(5)there was no effect of G on ET pyrogenicity when it was administrated 5min after injecting of ET.It was suggested that G can inhibite the pyrogenicity of ET markedly and is a very promising ET antagonist.
