| 摘 要： | 本文借鉴联合国卫勤保障SOP工作制度,加强制度建设;借鉴以人为本工作理念,营造科学工作氛围;借鉴联合国卫勤编制体制,赋予卫勤机关适当指挥权;借鉴LOTUS办公方式,推进部队信息化建设;借鉴任务区快速反应编组模式,大力发展我军空运后送等方面;总结梳理联合国维和任务区卫勤保障经验做法,提出对我军卫勤保障建设的启示。

| Abstract: | The author put forward the following enlightenments： making reference to the UN medical support SOP system to strengthen the system construction;learning from the people-oriented concept to create a scientific work atmosphere;simulating UN health commanding system to grant appropriate command right to medical service agencies;learn LOTUS office by advancing troops information construction;learn the peacekeeping mission rapid response mode to vigorously develop our military airlift evacuation.The author summarized the main experiences of medical support in UN peacekeeping region,and gave some suggestions. |
