摘    要:目的 联合应用成骨及成血管的生长,探索治疗骨缺损的有效方法。方法 联合应用BMP+bFGF及单纯BMP复合去抗原异种松质骨,采用X线摄片及组织学方法检测两种方法修复兔桡骨2 cm缺损效果。结果 联合应用BMP+bFGF修复兔桡骨2 cm缺损在12周时缺损完全骨性连接,骨髓腔完全再通,明显优于单纯BMP组的修复效果(P<0.01)。结论 联合应用BMP+bFGF修复兔桡骨2 cm缺损在12周时缺损完全骨性连接,骨髓腔完全再通,能成为修复缺损的新的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To repair the radial defect of rabbit by DBX combined with BMP plus bFGF, find a effective way to repair bone defect. Methods DBX combined with BMP plus bFGF and with single BMP were used to repair 2cm radial defect of rabbit. Then the effects were detected by radiography and histological methods. Lane-Sandhu's methods were used to evaluate the results. Results At 12 weeks, the radial defects repaired by DBX combined with BMP plus bFGF connected by cortex bone and their marrow cavities formed, which are better that DBX combined with BMP (P < 0.01). Conclusion The radial defects repaired by DBX combined with BMP plus bFGF connected by cortex bone and their marrow cavities formed at 12 weeks. It may be used as a new way to repair bone defect.
