摘    要:目的 探讨模拟机定位经皮肺穿刺活检用于肺部占位性疾病的诊断意义。方法 采用槽式切割式穿刺针或肺活检枪在模拟机导向下穿刺诊断213例肺部占位性疾病。结果 213例经皮肺穿刺者,经组织学检查证实169例为原发性肺癌,3例转移性忡瘤,22例肺结核,1例炎性假瘤,2例曲菌病,16例未能明确诊断,阳性率为92.5%。术后气胸发生率为10.3%,未出现严重并发症。结论 模拟机定位肺穿刺活检具有诊断率高、并发症少,且较为经济的优点,是肺癌诊断和鉴别诊断的重要方法之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the significance of lung biopsy through simulator guided percutaneous paracentesis for the diagnosis of pulmonary diseases. Methods A total of 213 patients with space occupying lung lesion underwent lung biopsy through simulator guided percutaneous paracentesis using trough type cutting needle or lung biopsy gun. Results Of the 213 patients, 169 were confirmed pathologically to suffer from primary pulmonary cancer, 3 metastatic carcinoma, 22 tuberculosis, 1 inflammatory pseudotumor, and 2 pulmonary aspergillosis. No definite diagnosis was made in 16 patients. The diagnostic rate was 92.5%. After operation, pneumothorax occurred in 10.3% of the patients. No serious complication was observed. Conclusion The lung biopsy through simulator guided percutaneous paracentesis results in high diagnostic rate, few complications and low cost. So it is one of the important means for the diagnosis of lung cancer.
