| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声引导下肾活检对弥漫性肾病的诊断价值。方法 对32例尿化验异常而明显超声图像改变行超声引导下肾自穿刺活检。结果 所有病例均获得病理学诊断。结论 超声引导下肾自动活检术对明显弥漫性肾病的诊断有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Purpose To evaluate the value of diagnosing diffuse renal desease by US- guiding biopsy.Methods Ultrasound- guiding renal biopsies were performed on 32 patients suspected renal disorders. Results All the cases were diagnosed correctly by pathology. Conclusions US -guiding biopsy plays an important role in the diagnosis diffuse renal desease. |
