| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒前S1抗原检测的临床意义.方法用ELISA法和聚合酶链反应(PCR)法,检测268例HBV感染者血清前S1抗原(pre-S1Ag)、HBV-DNA和乙型肝炎血清标志.结果268例患者中,Pre-S1Ag与乙型肝炎病毒e抗原(HBeAg)两种方法的阳性符合率为82.41%,显著高于HBeAg阴性组的检出率21.88%(P＜0.01).Pre-S1Ag与HBV-DNA的阳性符合率为85.52%,相关系数r=0.988.结论乙肝病毒Pre-S1抗原与HBV-DNA阳性、HBeAg阳性高度相关,提示Pre-S1Ag可能是HBV在体内复制和传染的另一可靠指标,可用于乙肝的临床诊断.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical significance of pre-S1Ag of hepatitis B virus(HBV).Methods Pre- S1Ag,DNA of HBV and the markers were detected by ELISA and PCR in 268 patients with hepatitis B. Results The positive coincidence were 82.41% of Pre-S1 Ag and HBeAg,were 85.52% of pre-S1 Ag and HBV-DNA,correlation coefficicent r=0.988,and were only 21.88% in patients with HBeAg negative(P<0.01). Conclusions Pre-S1 Ag of HBV is closely related to HBV-DNA and HBeAg.The results revealed that Pre-S1 Ag may reflect HBV replication ane may use as a reliable marker of HBV infection. |
