原发性胆囊癌的外科治疗

本文报告了原发性胆囊癌68例,均行手术治疗。平均年龄60．2岁。术前确诊9例(13．2％),剖腹探查和姑息手术52例,根治性手术16例(23．5％),术后随访52例,术后平均生存期为7．3个月。结合本组病例和参考文献着重讨论了胆囊癌的早期诊断、外科治疗及预后等问题,认为提高临床警惕性,不断改进早期诊断技术,及时施行根治性手术治疗,是提高疗效的关键。

Surgical treatment of primary carcinoma of the gall bladder.

68 cases of primary carcinoma of the gallbladder were rep- orted and all of them had been operated on.The average age was 60.2 years.In 9 cases(13.2%),the definite diagnosis was established preoperatively;In 52 cases,exploratory laparotomy and palliative operations were performed;In 16 cases,radical resections were made.52 cases had been followed-up postoper- atively,and the average time of survival was 7.3 months.Co- mbining these cases with reference literatures,the authors di- scussed emphatically the early diagnosis,surgical treatment and the prognosis of carcinoma of the gallbladder.It was thought that the key of raising the curative effect was to heighten the vigilance clinically,to improve constantly the technique of early diagnosis and to perform radical operation promptly.
