冠状动脉造影对冠心病诊断的应用研究

目的：探讨冠状动脉造影对于I临床诊断冠心病的效果分析。方法：对本院2005年6月-2008年12月收治的65例可疑冠心病患者进行12导联静息心电图及CAG检查，并进行比较分析。结果：本组65例疑似冠心病患者经CAG诊断确诊率为95．38％，与心电图组比较差异明显，P〈0．05。结论：冠状动脉造影技术实用而可靠，并发症少，是诊断冠心病最有价值的手段。

Application of coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

Objective： To explore the clinical diagnosis of coronary artery angiography for coronary artery disease effectiveness analysis. Methods： In our hospital 65 patients with suspected coronary artery disease checked with 12-lead resting ECG and CAG from June 2005 to December 2008. Results： 65 patients suspected of coronary heart disease diagnosed by CAG confirmed rate was 95.38%,There was significant difference compared with the ECG,P〈0.05. Conclusion： Coronary artery imaging practical and reliable,less complications,is the most valuable means of diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
