电子缩微数码信息与医院信息系统的整合

目的　采用缩微数码技术 ,对医院 4 5年的历史病案 (39万份 )信息进行缩微数码存储。方法　对历史病案按病种进行分类、整理 ,对完整病案进行缩微 ,同时 ,补充首页信息 ,将首页信息录入数据库中 ,提供检索与统计。结果　我院病案实现缩微存储后 ,实现历史病案的数字化管理、节省病案存储空间 ,对历史病案检索、科研和学习实现网络化。结论　将缩微存储的病案由离线存储转为在线存储 ,与医院运行的医院信息网络系统整合 ,实现了历史病案在线调阅

Conformity of Digital Micromation Information with the Hospital Information System

Objective To store our hospital 45 year medical records(390 thousand copies) by digital micromation with digital micromation technology Methods Classifying and reorganizing historical medical records according to kinds of diseases, microminiaturizing intact medical records, at the same time, supplementing head pages information and flogging it into databases, thus providing searches and statistical information. Results After the practice of microminiaturizing medical records, we have realized that handling medical records through digitization has saved much storing room and has constructed network for medical record searches, scientific research and medical studies. Conclusion We can pick up to read medical records on line after changing the way from off line storing medical records to on line storing them, and after integrating them with the Hospital Information System.
