| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨精神发育迟滞 (MR)患者智力构成的缺陷程度。方法 采用 WAIS- RC对 80例精神发育迟滞患者的智商进行评估。结果 MR患者在分测验算术 (A)、相似性 (S)、数字符号 (Ds)、图片排列 (PA)、拼物 (OA)上得分较其它项目低 ,三因子的各均分关系为 B>A>C,分测验量表均分之间存在有显著差异 ,F=5 .6 18,P<0 .0 1。结论 MR患者的智力缺陷存在不均衡性 ,评估结果可为 MR患者的针对性训练提供依据

| Abstract: | Objective\ To explore the deficient degree of intelligence constitution in patients with mental retardation(MR).Methods The WAIS RC was used to evaluate the intelligence quotient in 80 patients with MR.Results\ The MR test scores in such items as arithmetic(A),similarity(S),digital symbol(DS),picture arrangement(PA)and object assembly(OA) were lower than those in the other items,there was marked difference between the average scale scores of above item tests (F=5 618, P <0 01),the relationship between three factors' average scores was B>A>C.Conclusion\ The intelligence deficiency was disequilibrium in patients with MR,this appraisal result could provide basis for pertinent training in patients with MR. \ \ |
