螺旋CT轴位扫描在副鼻窦检查中的应用及探讨

目的:利用螺旋CT轴位扫描和多平面重建,分析副鼻窦病变CT扫描轴位片与冠状位片的优劣,探讨鼻窦扫描方法的最佳选择及副鼻窦轴位扫描能否代替直接冠状位扫描。方法:将副鼻窦病变172例分成两组,观察组轴位扫描直接观片或多平面重建后再观片,对照组直接采用冠状位扫描。将两组图像分析,对比其诊断的优越性。结果:轴位扫描后重组所得图像也能使诊断医师及临床医师从多方位多角度观察,且伪影较少并为患者乐于接受。结论:副鼻窦螺旋CT轴位扫描一般可以代替副鼻窦直接冠状位扫描。

Discussion and Application of Axial Spiral CT in Examing Nasapharyax

Objective use axial spiral CT and volume-reform constuction , analyse the advantages of axial and cornal spiral,and discuss the best opition of spiral CT scan of nasapharyx sinus and whether the axial CT can displace the cornal CT. Methods divide 172 cases nasapharyx sinus into two parts, observation group is scan by axial CT or volume-reform constuction and contrast group is scan by cornal CT. analyse imagings of two parts and achieve the advantages of diagnosis. Results volume-reform construction imagings of axial CT also makes diagnostic doctor and clinical doctor observe from all kinds of respects,and lessarefacts also make patients more happy to accept. Conclusion In generally,axial spiral CT of nasapharyax can replace cornal spiral CT of nasapharyax.
