| 摘 要： | 对６０例蛛网膜下腔出血（ＳＡＨ）患者进行腰大池脑脊液持续外引流，并对治疗前后病情恢复进行观察。结果：腰大池脑脊液持续外引流后患者较对照组头痛缓解快，无脑积水、脑梗塞等并发症发生，治疗时间缩短。表明腰大池脑脊液（ＣＳＦ）持续外引流是治疗ＳＡＨ的有效方法

| Abstract: | Persistent drainage of cerebrospinal
fluid(CSF) was performed in lumbar cistern of 60 patients with subarachnoid
hemorrhage(SAH).The study shows that the procedure is effective in releasing headache
and shortening hospitalization, and there are no complications such as hydrocephalus
and cerebral infarction occurring during the treatment as compared with the control
group.It is suggested that the method is effective in treating SAH. |
